Attention Artists!
If you would like to participate in the Kingsway-Lambton Charity Art Show & Sale on Saturday, April 5, 2025, please send us your name, phone number, email and website address (you must have a website). We accept artists' applications from July 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024. We will get back to you by November 30, 2024 if you have been selected to participate in the show.
We are always interested in expanding our roster of artists by adding new participants, new styles, and new media.

Things You Should Know
- The next show will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025 from 10 am to 4 pm.
- Set up can be on the Friday afternoon before the show or early in the morning of the show.
- There is no booth or entry fee, but a commission of 30% is owed on all sales during the show and for the following 3-month period for any pieces sold to purchasers introduced to you through this event and its advertising.
- You will be provided with a space approximately 10’ by 10’, along with a table and chair. One easel is available upon request. You are responsible for bringing all other display and exhibiting material, lighting and electrical connections.
- Some volunteers will be available to carry your items for set-up and take-down, but you are strongly encouraged to bring your own helpers.
- Approximately 800 people attend the event. About 30 artists will be on display. The show is marketed to over 3,500 individuals on a mailing list, throughout the community, and via various marketing channels.
- We encourage you to bring a variety of sizes of art at differing price points and as many as your booth will accommodate.
