The Art Show and Sale is an annual fundraising event that supports those in need in our community. It is also a unique opportunity for emerging and established local artists to display and sell their work in a community atmosphere. The event is put on by Unit 1 of the United Church Women (UCW). Kingsway-Lambton's annual Christmas Pageant is an exciting and beloved tradition that shares the story of Christ's birth with members of the church and the community. The Pageant allows the warmth of our church to be felt as God's love is shared.
Dozens of children from the church and surrounding community, along with parents and volunteers take part in the two or four live performances held in late November or early December. Auditions are held in September and rehearsals through the Fall. There are also opportunities for Grade 9-12 students to earn volunteer hours. There are many ways to get involved with the Pageant. The Flea Market is an annual event that raises money for a number of charities by holding a huge one-day sale. This event provides an opportunity for the church family and members of the community to work together in Christian fellowship while raising funds for charity. For more information, click here.
