Fresh Start returns next Sunday with our new interim presiding minister, Rev. Samuel Needham and guest Rev. Stephen Milton.

Do you need something to lift your spirits and give you hope during this pandemic? Welcome to a Bible study on the Gospel of Luke. It is for young and old, people who have never read the Bible and those well-versed in it, those who know Christ and those who do not.

Gospel literally means good news. It is the help God gives us in Christ and through the Holy Spirit. Participants will gain a new or renewed sense of God’s activity not just in the Bible, but in daily life.

The Rev. Dr. Paul Scott Wilson, recently retired from teaching preaching in the University of Toronto, will be the leader. He has written a commentary on Luke for lay people. Extracts from it are assigned for each gathering (around four single-spaced pages per week).
